Job Summary: Pristine Lawn Services LLC is looking for a professional Application Technician to manage an independent turf treatment route. We aren't a "spray and pray" operation—we use high-end equipment and Aspire technology to help you track your precision and directly share in the profits of your route. -Base Rate: $20.00 / hour.
-Production Profit Sharing: Earn a cut of every labor-hour dollar produced above our efficiency threshold – speed + quality = higher pay!
-Total Pay Potential: $22.00 – $28.00+ / hour (Base hourly rate + Production Profit Sharing).
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
-Independent Route Management: Manage and complete daily fertilizer and chemical application routes with zero supervision.
-Drive Precision & Efficiency: Use the Aspire Mobile App to track chemical usage and job timing to maximize your hourly production and bonus.
-Regulatory Compliance: Maintain 100% accurate, legally compliant application records; safety or chemical violations will disqualify production bonuses.
-Technical Excellence: Calibrate equipment daily and identify turf health issues (disease, insects, stress) to provide expert feedback to clients.
-Equipment Care: Perform daily inspections of your service vehicle and application tools to prevent downtime.
What We’re Looking For (Requirements):
-Licensed Professional: State pesticide applicator license required (or must obtain within 30 days).
-Efficiency-Minded: A self-starter who understands that "precision + speed = higher pay".
-Experience: 1+ years of turf management or professional application experience preferred.
-Reliability: Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
-Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
