Job Summary: Pristine Lawn Services LLC is looking for a professional Mow Crew Lead to run a 2–3 person crew. We aren't a "truck and a trailer" operation. We use high-end equipment and the latest technology to help you work efficiently and directly share in the profits you create. -Base Rate: $18.50/ hour.
-Production Profit Sharing: Earn a cut of every crew-hour dollar produced above our efficiency threshold – speed + quality = higher pay!
-Total Pay Potential: $22.00 – $26.50+ / hour (Base hourly rate + Production Profit Sharing).
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
-Lead a 2–3 person crew on high-value commercial and residential routes.
-Drive Efficiency: Use the Aspire Mobile App to track your crew’s progress against estimated hours and maximize your weekly bonus.
-Maintain Quality: Ensure every property is edged and trimmed to our high standards; profit sharing is tied to zero-callback performance.
- Maintain equipment and report any mechanical issues immediately.
-Train new crew members on safety, technique, and the "hustle" mindset.
What We’re Looking For (Requirements):
-1–2 years of experience in professional mowing or crew leadership.
-Efficiency-Minded: Someone who understands that "speed + quality = higher pay."
-Valid driver’s license (clean record preferred).
-Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
-Strong communication skills and a "lead by example" attitude.
