Job Summary: Pristine Lawn Services LLC is looking for a professional Lawn Care Technician to join our high-production team. We aren't a "truck and a trailer" operation—we use high-end equipment and the latest technology (Aspire) to help you work efficiently and directly share in the profits you create. -Base Rate: $16.00 / hour.
-Production Profit Sharing: Earn a cut of every crew-hour dollar produced above our efficiency threshold – speed + quality = higher pay!
-Total Pay Potential: $18.50 – $24.00+ / hour (Base hourly rate + Production Profit Sharing).
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
-Support the Crew: Work alongside your Crew Lead to execute commercial and residential routes at a high-performance pace.
-Drive Efficiency: Use the Aspire Mobile App to track your progress and help your crew stay under estimated hours to maximize your weekly bonus.
-Maintain Quality: Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing to our high standards; callbacks or damage will disqualify the crew bonus for that site.
-Equipment Care: Safely operate and perform daily maintenance on commercial zero-turn mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
-Team Mindset: Follow directions from the Crew Lead and participate in safety meetings and training programs.
What We’re Looking For (Requirements):
-Prior professional lawn care or landscaping experience preferred but not required.
-Efficiency-Minded: Someone who understands that "speed + quality = higher pay" and hates wasting time.
-Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions.
-Valid driver’s license is preferred.
-Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive "team-first" attitude.
